As a QME Evaluator, Dr. Shahryar Ahmadi prioritizes impartiality and fairness to all parties. His reports are clear, concise, and rooted in medical evidence. He provides detailed explanations on critical areas such as apportionment, causation, and impairment rating.
Based in San Francisco, California, Dr. Ahmadi offers his QME services in multiple cities, including Sacramento, Stockton, Modesto, Merced, Fresno, Visalia, Bakersfield, Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, and Indio.
Dr. Ahmadi earned his medical degree from Tehran Medical University in Iran with high honors. He then completed orthopedic surgery residency training at the University of Toronto, Canada. To further his expertise, he pursued a Fellowship in Shoulder and Elbow Surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
Since 2015, Dr. Ahmadi has been recognized with the prestigious Best Doctors in America Award. This honor reflects his colleagues’ trust, as doctors are asked, “If you or a loved one needed a doctor in your specialty, to whom would you refer them?” Dr. Ahmadi is also an innovator in orthopedic surgery, holding several patents for advanced surgical procedures.
He has made significant strides in improving patient recovery and reducing complications. Dr. Ahmadi played a key role in developing projects for total elbow arthroplasty, proximal and distal fractures, and wound dressing. His research on combining robotics with advanced video-imaging technology has revolutionized medical procedures, allowing for more efficient patient recovery.
In addition to his QME evaluations, Dr. Ahmadi is trained as an SIBTF evaluator. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his family.
